"China Resources Financial and Gold Red Light Fishery 800MW photovoltaic power generation Project" is the largest single fish-light complementary photovoltaic power generation project in Shandong Province, which Jiangsu Guoqiang Singsun focuses on.

The demonstration project has a planned capacity of 800MW, with a 220kV booster station and a 261MW/522MWh energy storage power station supporting it. It is the largest single capacity new energy project and the largest energy storage project in the province, as well as the first large-scale wind power photovoltaic base project and the provincial energy storage demonstration project in 2022. The project adheres to the innovative development model of "power generation at the top, farming at the bottom, and ecological tourism", turning one resource into two industries, and is committed to building a comprehensive demonstration base integrating various industries, such as rural revitalization, photovoltaic fishery, cultural tourism and sightseeing. According to the introduction, the fishing and light complementary project used 20,000 mu of land are aquaculture water surface, no new construction land, so that the output of the same piece of land doubled. In addition, the project adopts the design of flat single-axis bracket and double-glass components, which improves the power generation efficiency by about 8% compared with the general components. It also realizes the digitalization and intelligent operation and maintenance of the project base by relying on cloud computing and 5G communication information technology.

"As a major project in Shandong Province, it will generate 1.12 billion KWH of electricity annually after completion, effectively save 336,000 tons of standard coal and reduce 874,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions." During the 25-year operation period, the revenue of this project is expected to be about 10.92 billion yuan, and the total tax payment is about 1.8 billion yuan, contributing to the realization of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality".
